Znesw emulator help

I saw a stick on emulators but I didn't understand it, I downloaded the Znesw emulator and I'm trying to play the chrono trigger rom. I have the emulator on my desktop but how do I use the rom with the emulator?

Edit: I'm using the rom right now with the emulator and the roms a zip file but It wont stay saved.

Don't post links to romsites here mate. It breaches the forums AUP. A mod will take it down shortly.

In response to your question, in the zsnes folder theres a folder called zsnes.cfg

Open it and scroll down to the bottom and you'll find an entry for the save file. Simply enter the correct path to whatever folder you want game saves to go to (e.g. C:\zsnesw\saves) and re-save the config file.

Its a simple as that really.
