Help Newbie

Ok here is the situation and i'll get straight to the point.
I purchased a moded xbox from a friend because the games i could play nes,snes etc....I wanted to upload more sega genisis and 64 nes.And maybe if there where any updates in the mame section of games(love the arcades).
which I have But wanted more.At least ones that work.

But I am cluless on how to do it.I know the program is evo x.
But what is needed to upload games and where do I get them from??
I was wondering if someone could direct me somewhere so I can have a crash course on th subject i think I need a ISO program right?

just go to xbox scene and post in the emulator section and read some of the pinned threads.
