Lookis like Montezuma's Revenge.

I dunno what Montezuma's Revenge looks like on a C64 but I'd wager that's not it..

If anything it is probably one of the Pitfall games. In fact I'm pretty sure of it, because David Crane programmed Pitfall & Pitfall 2
