Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to ALT + TAB from a game and go back and make it work properly.

What happens when I ALT + TAB and go back to the game is the game only appears in the top left corner (1/4 of my screen) and doesn't go full screen (although the sound works perfectly).

Is this really the way it is? Or is there a way for you to be able to ALT + TAB and go back with everything being normal?

Tipicly no, that depends on the DirectX API call or openGL call. In other words its a programming decision. Some emus let you others do not. The only way to have multi uses during an emu is dual screens.
