Refresh rate arcadevga?

Im scared it wont work with my uk scart tv iv looked at the back of my tv and it says 50hz its a 28in jvc but most mame games run over 60hz yet the ultimarc site says the care runs at 15hz all the time im so confused will it work on my tv?

15hz is for when its connected to an arcade monitor. You are using a PAL TV, and I believe it will work with that if you set it up that way. There is really no point of getting the arcadevga card unless you plan on using an actual arcade monitor in the future. its just going to out put at the pal refresh rate the same way a cheaper tv-out video card would.
