    Possibly. The only thing I can think of that you'd have to worry about is some virus's replicate itself, and there's always a risk that the virus you found is one of the virus's from the original. I've had some friends who've run into one of those.

    How do you know, Hrothgar ??

    @seether9111,

    It is best for you to search the google.com and ask for professional or an expert about it. Here is not good enough for us to help you. I do not come here and make up my knowledge because it is not honest. I have no idea so your question is good as mine as well as everyone include Hrothgar.

    It is best for you to ask professional or an expert somewhere else by google it. You will have an answer by then.

    Possibly. Some viruses tend to be re-downloaded if deleted, of course, if they come from a malicious source.

    You have a lot of balls saying something like that, and then admitting you have practically no knowledge. How can you admit that and then all but accuse another forum member of inventing answers?

    I would have given an answer similar to Hrothgar's because, what he said is factually CORRECT.

    Some viruses ARE particularly nasty and hard to get rid of.. That includes many tricks such as replicating themselves an infecting other files, renaming themselves and sneaking registry entiries back into the PC, and so on. Your scanner can pick it up AGAIN and clean it up AGAIN, and it could repeat the cycle AGAIN if you are not properly cleaning your system in a secure mode that all but keeps the Virus out of resident memory.

    Trojans in particular use this behavior, and let me tell you something , boy - I know this from personal experience thru accidental infections AND infecting my PC on purpose to verify something I downloaded is infected so I could warn others who were claiming otherwise.

    I don't ever want to see you come into another thread again and accuse another forum member of lying or making up answers unless it is something related to another thread on this forum and it can be PROVEN.

    That is downright disrespectful, discourteous, and unacceptable behavior on this forum on my watch buddy. I don't think you would like it if someone came into one of your threads where you were helping someone and told the original poster that YOU had no idea what you were talking about, and were making up answers - would you? No, I don't think you would.

    You would be just as upset as I am now, that someone would say that an answer you knew to be truthful and correct was a lie, even though the person accusing you admitted they had little knowledge in that area of expertise.

    You may see this is harsh or angry, but you'll just have to live with it. I try to be lenient with you even though you sometimes don't understand English too well, and sometimes upset other members with your know-it-all attitude. But this time I am doing my job. It's nothing personal, but you can take it how you want.

    This is unacceptable behavior from ANYONE on this forum. This thread is going to be locked because this is not a debate..

    Seether9111, if you need further help with this issue it is always best to consult a professional, however if you feel the need to ask us, or just talk to us and let us know the problem is fixed or whatever feel free to make a new thread. I'll keep it open but I will prune any posts that try to bring up this disciplinary action again.

    edit: If you truly did not mean for your post to be taken the way it was, then chalk it up to "lost in translation". However I repeat my advice again, for everyone on this forum, if you are not a native English speaker, do your best to learn it better.. Then we won't have problems like this, if it was indeed an "accident".
