    Default what is the best PS1 emulator??

    this may be a stupid question to most of you but im new to the world of emulation and i havent been able to find an actual working ps1 emulator, so if you know the name of a good emulaort that will work Please get back soon if you can help me.. happy 420

    Xebra/Arbex is the best emulator which requires bios but no plugins need. It come with two emulators which is Xebra and Arbex. An Arbex emulator do not need bios and plugin. Your choice. You will like it.

    Second, ePSXe which requires bios and plugins.

    Last, pSX which requires only bios.

    now why would you put pSX last. give an explaination because i would rank it first. Xebra is good but its in japanese so its not very user friendly and epsxe is just to much trouble and hase more graohical glitches the pSX.
