Sega Saturn ST Key Question

I'm thinking about getting the Sega Saturn ST key. I know it will let me play import games, but will it also allow me to play burned CD-R's?

According to that site, you can change the country code on your burned games and it should let you play them.. But straight burned game support without doing that is not possible.

So just change your US games to Japan or something and you should be good to go
