eapxe memcard problem

Hey everyone,

Recently, I noticed that inside my 'memcards' folder I do not have the files 'espxe000.mcr' and 'espxe001.mcr'. Anyone know why? I tried downloading the program again, as well as the BIOS--scph1001.bin--from a different website (not sure if that would make a difference)... This wouldn't be such a problem, but my emulator stops recognizing my save states for games after some time.
All help appreciated.

Did you have them before? Because if it's the first time you run the emulator, those files are created automatically.
