memphiz, you have been spam. You bought it and you can be in trouble. Your best way is to report to razoola about it so they can look into someone who sold it to you for profit. i just bought a King of Fighter Collection game from a shop( I think that is not a problem after all, i just too lazy to search for the roms). then, i install the game to my computer and i realized that it used Kawaks. however, the menu is in chinese so i had a hard time 'playing' with the menu. so i ask if there is any way to change the language to english like the language pack or anything. i don't know how to set kawaks emulator.

There aren't any native options to change the options to English unless you download and use an English build. Kawaks is a free emulator without licence to use commercially so the 'compilation' you've bought sounds highly illegal if they are selling it with Kawaks.

You should report it and where you bought it to the emulators author as linked to previously.

If it was one of the bogus 'compilations' that people sell on ebay or somewhere like that, you've basically paid someone for stuff thats available for free online. All they've done is download it, burn it onto a CD and sold it. Its a bit like someone selling you a copy of Internet Explorer or Firefox.
