Default Pcsx2 no disc in bios?

Howdy, I downloaded Pcsx2 a long time ago, and didn't have a bios for it. I recently downloaded the bios just to give PS2 emulation a try. But when I go to file>run cd/dvd, and select and image on a God Of War DVD that I put it, and go browser in the bios, the disk dosnt show up, just the two memory cards. Any help here is appreciated. Thanks.

    Okay....

Recommended System: (Will run optimized games at full speed or close to full speed; ie. games like FFX, FFXII, Disgaea 2)

    8600 GT or higher
1GB Ram (2GB if using Vista)

    Optimum System:

    8800 GT or higher
    2GB Ram
