HI, I am a linux expert for over 7 years and ive never seen such an entertaining and eye-candy version of linux as ELIVE It is a complete masterpiece of design, a complete power house of linux it has a vast multimedia suite for video editing and making to audio.

Hi Linux expert ,there are a lot of better Linux versions then ELIVE.

If you want make the bet about multimedia ,i bet for ARTISTX linux ,i don't know the number of software for Multimedia purposes ,extremely long to list them.

LinuxMint a general alternative to Windows

And a very specific with all libraries of a great operating system KiwiLinux.

I personally use KiwiLinux. Its awesome.

There is too many linux distros out there. Im gonna stick with my Windows XP/Vista/Ubuntu triple boot until DOS makes a revival.

i know i have tried plenty of distros elieve aint the best of them though theres other ones like the ubuntu family/red hat/ fedora/ dsl / suse/ debian etc.


is just elieve caught my atention thats all.

I saw the site,and they do caught attention that's true. I will try out Elive when i will buy a laptop after a few weeks and if it fits well ,i will keep it why not.

I will never uninstall anymore KiwiLinux as it an exceptional operating system with all that you need ,plus i have customized it so i have build up in my opinion a perfect OS .
