Satourne first time help

I`m trying to play Sega Rally chapiaion ship I have bios. I don`t have a rom I`m using the game disc. This is what I see click play anbd nothing happens what next.

Why dont you run this game on SSF emulator ? It is the best emulator. Satourne is good but never update and dont know if it was dead or on hold since few years we hadn't heard from him. SSF is active and update often and have a higher compabitilies.
