You should download the Play Station One emulator, PSX. This emulator works perfect on Vista, trust me I use it on Vista also. The goal behind PSX is to emulate the Play Station as accurately as possible. To this day it has the largest game compatibility list concerning the Play Station One and is VERY fast. You can download the emulator here http://psxemulator.gazaxian.com/. Be sure to download the latest Windows version at the top (v1.13). After that, once you've extracted the files, select and right click on the executable psx icon (the little logo that looks like a Play Station), click on properties go into compatibility and select run this program in compatibility mode for Windows XP Service Pack 2, hit apply, then click ok(SUPER MEGA NOTE: You should do this for every single program that isn't Vista supported, this will 99.9% of the time fix any and all errors with the specific programs, most people don't know about this wonderful feature) . Your emulator is now setup, you migh! You will have to obtain a Play Station One BIOS to use this emulator, place the BIOS in the emulator's BIOS folder, you MIGHT have to go through a little more configuration but nothing major. Just remember don't ask for the BIOS here ! Contact me or the others here if you have any more questions.
    Happy emulating !
