i was wondering if there is a way to make virutanes skip asking me if i want to run a game with an illegal header?

its kind of a cramp in my front end when a dorky windows.....window pops up
because then i have to click yes and it runs just as it would have if the damn window had never popped up in the first place.

Either patch the games in question with a generic header (google for it) or assign a button to the 'return' key so when it pops up you can just hit return which usually defaults as OK instead of a mouse click. Other than that you could make a wrapper to do it automatically but I'm not sure how you would configure it so it only activates on the affected games and not your other ones.
