Making an ISO help (I have 3 files)

I need help making an ISO for a Tekken. I got an ISO image that is 730 MB, a SUB file that is 30 MB, and a CDD file that is 6 kb. When I run the ISO there is no music, but Im guessing the music is on the SUB file. My question is, what Do I have to do to make 1 image out of these 3 files?

There's no music because you don't have XA sound enabled in your emulator. It has nothing to do with those "extra" files.
