Plz Need help with SSF

I am so confused i have no idea how to use SSF. How do i load roms because all i see is open and close.

first of all did you put the bios in the emu?

after that you have to put the iso/nrg files and mount them into the virtual cd drive by daemon tools or alcohol 120%

and then open the emu again and he will work

Not only the iso/nrg but bin/cue as well.

I am sure he didn't have bios at all which is illegal to tell where.
