Your only options are
- to either buy an unbanned console. Second hand (make sure its unmodded) or the cheaper arcade SKU.
- wait for hackers to develop a way to change the serial number stored on your xbox360 to bypass the ban, although this could never happen...
- or forget about live
and pirate away.....
