metalslug files, ROM? BIN?

well i got a metalslug 4 ROM but when i run it on nebula, it says the metalslug 4 files are missing and that at the end of each file thing it says bin but my metalslug says rom instead of bin! what do i do now? where can i download a bin version?

edit: jale, i tried downloading MAME to try and play metalslug 3 & 4 but it said it was missing 1 more ROM or needs 1 more CHD images to run i dont get it! how do you run MAME? i followed all those advices people tell me and i even downloaded the neogeo bios and when i try running it it says i need the same thing as well! i dont understand mame and i think it sucks (for now )

I know a few things about MAME, but I had a similar problem. What I just did is to rename from .rom to .bin and it worked.

when i right click those things it doesnt give me a rename option, wonder how you did it

wait, i tried what you did and nebula didnt detect it i cant find a metalslug 3 ROM for nebula, the one i downloaded is ROM and the one nebula is looking for is with the bin man, im pissed off
