    Default transfering GBA roms

    hey this might be a dumb question but i was wondering if their is anyway to transfer GBA roms to like blank cartridges... i was just wondering if someone has a program on the internet or something.... thanks

    To do this you need to have a cartridge reader/writer, and I am guessing those come with the necessary programs involved, but I've never seen any independent programs personally.

    They may be out there though.

    Yeah, there is called flash cart for gba.
