Emulator Launcher/Frontend?

I am looking for a launcher/frontend for multiple emulators. Instead of having to have several different emulators (mame, nes, sega, psx ,etc) I would like to have one all-inclusive application.
Does anything like this exist?

Mamewah (my favourite), GameEx, Mala, Atomic FE, Game Launcher, Offline List, Maximus, 3DArcade, and a load more. All will launch pretty much any emulator.

I've got mamewah currently set up with over 30 different emulators, each with its own unique skin and menu list and all browsable and selectable from a joypad. Becaue all the controls are defineable you can set up buttons or keypresses to switch from one emulator list to the next, exit to windows, play music, pretty much anything really.
