As the title would suggest, is there a Gameboy emulator with netplay? (This question goes out for both GB and GBA emulators, or if there is a emulator that plays both and has netplay capabilities, that would be nice too).

TGB Dual 7 has netplay that actually works. It supports the original GB and GBC games sorry not GBA but I can't really do anything about that

There is way to do it with VBALink, but it requires a bit of cpu, and many friends with same specc. Install hamachi, get your lan ip there, start sending signals, let your friend connect and voila, it should connect. Haven't tried it, but it should work.
