Ok on my desktop I have a folder called mame in it is MAME 32 FXpp and the game teetert I open it and it scans for games and then I click avablible and there nothing there. What am I doing wrong?

You need to download arcade roms and google it. It is not allow to ask for roms here. When you find arcade roms for this mame32 then put this .zip of roms into the roms folder and scans for games again.

one thing you need to understand about mane is you need the right version game with the right version mame. Mame .121 will not necessarily work with game .98 and so on. Best bet it to get an auditor like romcenter. Or try mame (non 32) and use the command lines so you can just run the file you want. It will tell you if its playable or not...
