I just downloaded it, took 3 hours so now I can't get it to work anyone know what emulator it will work on?

It works on NeoRageX.. If you have windows XP make sure you get the fixed version.

Also, there are several fake files out there. The only file I know of thats working appears to be missing some sound dumps, and probably some other stuff too, but I've played it all the way through to the cheap-ass end boss without a problem.

I tried all the Neogeo emulators on this site Mame32 it only goes to 2001 Win Kawaks same thing and Nebula same thing

I don't think he ment anything by it. It's just that you didn't say what
emulators you have tried so he had to make an assumption, I don't

i use the NeoRageX xp version i downloaded all the king of fighters and the only one that did not work was kof2003 so use the xp version. i have all the roms in the list and they all work
