Default Question about saving NES games to your harddrive.

I have the Nestopia NES emulator and if I choose to save my game, it saves in a ".fc?" file. Because of this weird file type, I can't save it with the question mark in there because windows will not let me, but if I don't have the question mark in there then Nestopia doesn't see my saved games because it doesn't have the "Show all file types" option when I'm loading a saved game. Help please?
