It has nothing to do with Windows version, but plugins, specially CD-ROM ones. For example, you should use ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.5.2. if you are running ePSXe under Windows XP to make it work.

ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.5.2 uses the SPTI layer by Microsoft included on Win2k/XP, but is possible to run Adaptec or Nero's ASPI like Win98 does installing (Adaptec or ForceASPI script) or uding the dll file (Nero)

i downloaded the BIOS file but im confused about what to do next?
actually im fine with the BIOS file now, but when i go to wizard guide it says i have no GPU plugins when i actually do, the plugins folder is spelt right, and evrythin is extracted, so what should i do ? thanks in advance

What plugins did you extract? And made sure that all the dll's are placed in the same folder.![]()
when i click file>iso the games i downloaded arent there,i downloaded ff3 and ff5.
