but i have some quastions

is there a cheat plugines to do agameshark code or even actionreply?

the speed of the iso is more faster than cd drive so can any 1 tell me how to make iso games?or is that unligal?

That can be done by configuring the GPU plugin. Or you can find it here as well.

If you want to make an ISO yourself, you can use any software than can do that such as ISO Producer, Alcohol 120%, CloneCD and others. But mostly are shareware or trial. Look through Google!
