Help With Romance of the Three Kingdoms PS2 Game!!!

This is my first time using a PS2 Emulator. I got all these .bin files and stuff but the emu wants a .elf file what do i do?

I tried mounting and burning, dont know

edit: I have these files written exactly in my folder.

STREAM.BIN
SLUS_212.02
SAN10PS2.ICO
MODULE.BIN
GAMEDATA.BIN

and 2 folder written MODULES and RES

inside is:

MODULES> IOPRP300.IMG
RES> INFO.SYS
JKT_001.PNG
JKT_002.PNG
JKT_CP.PNG

and some kind of SYSTEM file that has no extension exept under the type category it says SpeedDial.

Im not sure if I should burn it onto a disc and play it but when I do that how do I open it on my ps2 emulator, or should I mount it, because it says on the ps2 emulator open .ELF file and this game doesnt have that.
