Download Constructor from The Underdogs then. It's the same version as I used, and I didn't have any folders missing from it, because I used those same instructions.
argh i cant get the download to work and i deleted my download manager and my other one was messed up so i dont know y i cant download from it but i am only going to try one more thing
yup i cant download anything from that webpage and i tried everything i even deleted my download managers
Dos Mate
If dosbox is too hard to get working, i suggest you try Dos Mate which is easier to use, it is designed to run Dos games on new OS's such as XP and ME
