Burn Sega Saturn CDs to play on Console

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knows a way (If there is one) to burn Sega Saturn CDs so they will play on the actual system.

To make sure your Sega Saturn must have Mod or Swamp CD to play burn sega saturn cds. Is your saturn a MOD or have swamp cd trick to play burn saturn cd games ?

I wanted to learn how to play Sega Saturn Cds on the actual Saturn to help my friend mostly. His computer isn't powerful enough to play saturn, but he does own the system. He didn't want to do the CD swap because he was afraid of hurting his saturn, and doesn't want to go out of the way to mod it. Thanks for you help still though, I may get a saturn one day just so I can play the discs on them.
