The Transfer Pack Plugin for PJ64

I'm just wondering if that plugin is already in the latest version of PJ64 or the SP Patch because I have them both and was just wondering because I can't seem to find it on the net. NB: I haven't tried any stadium/gbc pokemon games yet but would if I knew where this plugin was. Thanks
