How to do the ff.? not same as my old thread

Hey guys I hav downloaded PKMN Diamond and Pearl though I had reached to far places now and I hav defeated at least 4 Gym Leaders then I pressed right click and then click on save state then I made a file then after that after I click the load state then it said the file crashed man wat to do???
I hav also tried the menu thing then save but it doesnt work cause when I reset my game pak it goes to title screen then after pessing start professor rowan talked to me again and I mean theres no options showing that if uwant to start a new game or continue, u know that option wer u also fin mystery gift
Why is it that when I am not in a house or I am in Professor Rowan's Lab and somehwere else place, my game moves rilly slow?
How to solve dis pls help?
