The text window behind "Throw bones". There's a nice red and blue gradient. On NO$GBA it's fully clear or non-existant, just the borders.

Oh yeah... Thanks for the screenshot. Maybe you should read the changelog... If transparency fixed is not there then you will have to wait in the near future.
