Final Fantasy VII:Dirge of Cerberus Emulation problems

Hello guys!

I really need your helpin some issues:

1. Have someone succeded in Emulating this Game??
2.If yes, HOW DID YOU DO IT????
3.my comp specs:
Pentium 4 3ghz, 512mb RAM,
Graphic Card: ATI Radeon 960X 1050 series

I will Appreciate any tips, help, reccomendations...And if u can reccomend Emulator n plugins I will be more than happy
