NES emulator that fits my needs?

I'm looking for a NES emulator that can:

1) Allow me to save a game (super mario bros 3) that doesn't have a save feature within the game...and allow me to pull up that saved game even if I shut down the program and reopen it at a later time.

2) Allow me to take snapshots of the screen.

3) Not slow the game down (my pc can handle NES games) and be able to handle the graphics.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I tried FCE Ultra but that didn't seem to have 1) feature I need.
