PSP video extensions ????

Hi
I downloaded a 507MB .wmv file and my video folder couldn't identifie it
I downloaded a 499MB .mpg file and my video folder couldn't identifie it too.

So i am asking you a questions to save my time of downloading any big file again for nothing , what are the video extensions that PSP 3.40 can identifie and play?

Don't worry i found out. I download a videoconverter tool which convert mpg to mp4 which is the official video extension of the PSP. Thanks anyway.

Try looking here and search for a "to MP4" conversion guide.

A word of advice: To save space and improve image quality, set the resolution to 480x272 before converting.

PSP Video 9 is a could program for converting near enough anything to .MP4

What firmware have you got on your PSP? If its 3.30 or higher then it can support higher resolutions such as 480x272.
