Meaning that you cannot save in the game.(Ex. Pokemon Ruby)

Click ALT + F1 through F10.VBA has 10 save states.Once you open the game just click F1 or the one you saved on and it will load in a matter of seconds.

So is there no way you can patch VBA to make it not have this error?

Possible by adjusting the save settings. About doing it...well I forgot.

maybe you're talking about Pokemon Fire Red.
It needs a patch.But use the save/load slot.
But at the end you'll still need the patch.
