PocketPC Rom, emulator questions

hello,
i have a verizon vx6700 running windows mobile 2005. i know its possible to have playstation games on there, im a n00b and dont know how to do it. can i get step by step instuctions from dling the emulator on my phone to burning my game on my hd so i can put it on my phone? also if theres any other systems that i can put on there n64,sega, please let me know, thanks.

ps, i know nothing about iso and all that.
