How to install an emulator and games on disc

Does anyone know how to install the emulator (nes, N64, GBa, Genesis)and games on a disc to play in the xbox? I had my xbox modded in Iraq an is givving me problems trying to ftp.

Well, there's a Game Boy Advance emulator called Visual Boy Advance for PC.

I think there's a ported version for the XBOX...not sure.
