Ignore mame version (it will come later) and use CPS3 Emulator v1.0a for now.
Uh-oh... I see it now. No roms folder ?! Make one so you can put this rom into it and try again.
Now, Run this emulator again and if it is still not work right then double click on emulator configuration settings to open and make a screenshot for it so I can see it, ok ? Thanks!

i couldnt find that configurations thing so i jus got this

i named the roms folder "Roms", does it have to be spelled a certain way by chance?

Oh lol. You click CHD ... DONT!
You do not have CHD then click just rom... follow the same rom name you have and click the correct one you want. Dont click the chd lists, understand ?
1. Look here.... your rom is what you need to click this because you do not have CHD so ignore the chd lists, ok:
