OK so may Be u could answer me a question

I downloaded Fusion 351 for genesis emulators so that i had the games that i play on the consule in my room, on my PC. Well i went to download a game, that was fine, but when i went to go load it to play it wasn't in the file. when i saw the file class that it raeds it said genesis/32x rom. now my question is....is there such a file that i can download. it seems like i go to download games that i have and the emulator dosen't recionize them....HELP
