Talking I Have a new USB PSX/N64 Adapter and need help.

I've configure all of the input controls on the Project64 emu and the control works fine but I'm having a problem with the analogue stick it works but the character for example (Banjo&Kazooie) they only creep and thats when I'm really pushing the stick hard and the same for glover??? is this a problem with the controller or do I need to update a driver and I don't know how I'd do that, the driver which it already has is dated 2001. I have a floppy disc with it which says:

    Installation Manual for USB-PSX Cable:

    Step

    1. Plug-in the Cable into the USB port of your computer and startup the
    computer.
Since it is a plug & play device, Win95/98 should find a new hardware.
    2. Choose “Select the device driver by yourself” and click “OK”
    3. Select “D:\USB” from the box and click “Next”. (Assume D: is the CD- ROM drive)
4.”Monster.inf” should appear in the list, please select it and click “OK”.
    5. Select “Monster Gamepad” from the list and click “Next”.
    6. Computer will access the CD-ROM drive and may ask you to insert the
    win95/98 CD-ROM.
    7. Click ”Next” and wait for the computer to finish the job.
    8. Go into the “Control Panel” and select the “Joystick” icon.
    9. Select and add “Monster Game Pad” into the list. 2002

Windows didn't detect it as hardware either, it does on the devices list but not as you insert it.

Floppy disc ?! I hate that one. I bought psx/gamecube/xbox in one adapter from wal mart for 10 dollars and it's ready to plug and play without cd or floppy at all and it works perfectly.

If your computer isn't 95/98 then that's problem, I guess.
