2 Keyboard Emulation?

Hi people and this is a great site. Now, I've been wondering something. Is it possible to have like a 2 Keyboard in pc emulation? Like I wanna make player 1 takes the first keyboard and player 2 takes the second? Because whenever we play on one keyboard, like someone holds down and fwd, and I hold dwn and fwd, nothing happens, plus no one can press another button until one of us let's go of someone let's go of some buttons. Anyone the procedure, or maybe another solution? And thanks to all.

It should work with a USB keyboard. That is a theory though, but it makes a lot of sense if you think about it.

if you have a ps2 there may be an adapter you can buy too. try radio shack and if you dont have a usb one.

It's not going to work by normal means; and, it won't work with anything older than X.org 6.9.
You will need to use git and clone the X.org site.
That is the only way to have multiple and independent cursors on any computer.
