Problem when loading PCSX - Netplay error

I get this error when I open PCSX:



It's a netplay error and I don't know what to do about it. NetSock.dll is in the plugins folder and I have set the location of the bios and plugin folders correctly no the config menu, but I don't know what this problem is.

Hello Azzy,

I don't what the message means but were you online or offline when you
got the error. If you were offline try going online before opening pcsx.

I was definitely online when I tried this. I'm always online so I don't know what the problem is.
