Buster Busts Loose Challenge Level???

Heya! I've just completed Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster Busts Loose on the Znesw (A bit sappy I know, but I'm a colourful adventure freak!), it's great and I unlocked the Challenge Level (Hard), the game seemed to hang and I couldn't come off the end screen. Is there a way I can open the Hard level by starting the game again and put a save game file or cheat setting to get the level?? Thanks!

Can someone help, there is a password code I can use on the game by using the password feature on the game, so maybe someone has a save file after they had completed it with the unlocked setting in memory???
