Default What setting should I go for?

The Unlimited MHz-Disaster, 100 Percent or the or the or the Unlimited MHz-Disaster, 10 Percent while using the No$GBA 2.4B? Here is what I think is the positive and negatives I have for each one and I want you to tell me what I should go for. Mind you that I'm using it to play a Pokemon Pearl and Diamond Rom.

The Unlimited Mhz - Disaster, 100 Percent:

    Pro:

Nice speed while moving around outside, notable difference in speed while running compared to when you set it to the 10 Percent mark, it goes a bit slower.

    Con:

Battle scene music and mostly anywhere else in the game sounds like it's the Alivan and the Chipmunks on steroids or something.

The Unlimited Mhz - Disaster, 10 Percent:

    Pro:

Nice quality sound while moving from town to town and while battling.

    Con:

Speed of character is a bit slower yet not noticeable to a certain degree. Running around is almost the same speed if you put it to the 100 percent mark.

So which one should I choose, speed over sound or sound over speed?
