Shinobi version?

Right I'm looking for a version of 'shinobi' on the sega megadrive, but I'm not sure what the version is called. I'm not asking for the ROM just what version you think it is.

From what I remember of this version, there was a level with a water fall, and a level in like tokyo or somewhere with neon lights. Also a level on a moving train. Just wondering what version is this? I'm fairly sure it's not shinobi three anyway, I tried that.
