Nevermind, fixed it.
In case anyone else runs into the same problem I just checked the hide DS4 box in the DS4windows settings and it worked.

I'm trying to map the keys to my DS4 controller which shows up as a wireless controller. However, when I click redefine keys it runs through all the keys without giving me a chance to input the DS4...
