When I try to start Dolphin, it says that vcomp.dll was not found. I downloaded and placed vcomp.dll into the dolphin folder, but it still says this. How can I fix it?

Oh, and I downloaded Dolphin. It gives me an error upon startup: This application has failed to start because VCOMP100.DLL was not found.
