    You can't download, but U can create...
    open cmd.exe and go to folder with mess (eq. cd c:\mess\)
    type "mess -createconfig"* and voila.


    *or mess64 if you have 64bit ver.

    No, ECR is cheap, fracking CTRL+C/V. They don't check what publish (sometimes binary is broken or notfully, outdated), moderate comments and never add source of information - they get news from...
